American Australian Association of New England hosts a delicious
4-course dinner created by Chef Geoff Gardner of Sel de la Terre
Restaurant, Boston. The menu will showcase the best of Australian
gourmet trends. Special guests include Anthony Hendrie, Trade
Relations Manager from Wine Australia; Carole Devine of Australis;
Jeremy Meltzer of Yellingbo Gold; and Maria Stephanos, Fox25 news
anchor. All proceeds from the evening benefit the Dame Joan
Sutherland Foundation. Event begins at 7pm at Sel de la Terre, 255

Tariff Schedule?", 8am, Newton

The Boston Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association
presents this seminar featuring issues related to the tariff changes
in the 2007 US Harmonized Tariff Schedule that will conform US law
to International Harmonized System nomenclature changes. The
changes, recommended for adoption by the World Customs Organization,
are expected to be implemented in February 2007. Speakers include
David Katzman, Director of Regulatory Compliance, C.H. Powell Co.;
Matt Gesper, President, Global Data Mining; and Mary Wright,
Partner, Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman, Kiestadt &
