Court Decision Confirms Practice on Vacation Pay
The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled last week that employers must compensate employees for all earned, unused vacation time upon discharge. Employer Confidence Rises for Third Consecutive Month
The AIM Business Confidence Index posted a solid 3.6-point increase during May to reach its highest point since November. It marked the third consecutive monthly increase since the Index hit an all-time low in February.
