Sandy Reynolds is responsible for the
programs and services provided by AIM’s Employer’s
Resource Group. She and a staff of experienced professionals are
committed to a vision of becoming the premier provider of
information, training, and direct services in the areas of human
resources, management and supervisory development, customer service, and
Lean Manufacturing in the Commonwealth.
ERG has greatly expanded the depth
and scope of its offerings and its ability to deliver unsurpassed
quality and flexibility. From unlimited access to the HR/Management
Hotline; to training programs offered at locations around the state, or
at specific company sites; to assistance on short- or long-term HR or
management projects, AIM provides the services necessary to
strengthen the competitiveness of Massachusetts employers
Ms. Reynolds brings a unique blend
of business experience to her AIM leadership role. In addition to
having extensive, in-depth expertise in all areas of human resource
management, she is a successful coach, facilitator, public speaker, and
trainer. Significant P&L responsibility has enhanced her strategic
approach and her understanding of the many issues facing employers
today.
Prior to
joining AIM in early 2002, Ms. Reynolds had similar
responsibilities as vice president of a large employer association in
the Midwest. Her human resource management experience was gained through
progressively responsible positions with a global manufacturing company
and a prominent retail organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree
in business administration, magna cum laude, with an emphasis in human
resource management and is active in professional and community service
organizations.
