Karen Choi is a Director
in the Employer’s Resource Group, managing the compensation and
benefits survey process. She also consults with member companies on
compensation and benefit plan design, diversity initiatives, employee
opinion surveys, retention initiatives and general Human Resource
issues.
Ms. Choi joined AIM in 2005 with more than
23 years of Human Resources experience. Most recently Ms.
Choi was Vice President of Human Resources for a large national
services organization. Prior to that she served as Senior Director North
America for an international telecommunications software development
company and an Internet Services company.
Ms. Choi has held Human Resources management roles in
high technology, internet services, telecommunications, healthcare
services, pharmaceuticals and service organizations. She is certified in
mediation by Metropolitan Mediation Services and has been certified in
360* feedback facilitation by Personnel Decisions International.
She has extensive training experience in facilitation skills,
change management, total quality management initiatives and has designed
and implemented a management development skills program for an internet
services company.
In addition to training skills, Ms. Choi has
extensive experience in organizational development initiatives,
compensation plan design and implementation, proactive retention
programs and benefit plan design.
