From the North:
  • Take interstate 495 South to Exit 23B (Route 9 West). Sty in right-hand lane.
  • Take first exit (research Drive/Computer Drive).
  • At top of ramp, take left onto Computer Drive.
  • Travel approximately 200 yards then bear left crossing over Route 9
  • Take next left onto Research Drive.
  • National Grid is located at the second driveway on right.
  • Visitor parking is located around the flagpole.

From the South:
  • Take Interstate 495 North to Exit 23B (route 9 West).
  • Stay in right-hand lane.
  • Do NOT get onto 495 South.
  • Take first exit (Research Drive/Computer Drive).
  • At top of ramp, take left onto Computer Drive.
  • Travel approximately 200 yards then bear left crossing over Route 9.
  • Take next left onto Research Drive.
  • National Grid is located at the second driveway on right.
  • Visitor parking is located around flagpole.

From the East (Boston Metro Area):
  • Take Mass Pike West to Interstate 495 North.
  • Take Exit 23B.
  • Stay in right-hand lane.
  • DO NOT get onto 495 South.
  • Take first exit (Research Drive/Computer Drive).
  • At top of ramp, take left onto Computer Drive.
  • Travel approximately 200 yards then bear left crossing over Route 9.
  • Take next left onto Research Drive.
  • National Grid is located at the second driveway on right.
  • Visitor parking is located around the flagpole.

From the East (Logan Airport – approx. 38miles)
  • Follow the signs for the TED WILLIAMS TUNNEL. ($3.00 toll). (Do not take the Sumner Tunnel)
  • Follow signs for RTE 90 MASS PIKE WEST. (You are going to stay on the Mass Pike until you get to exit 11A Rte 495)
  • Continue on the MASS PIKE WEST and you will come to a toll booth ($1.00).
  • Continue on the MASS PIKE WEST and at the next toll booth take a ticket.
  • Take exit 11A, RTE 495. (Approx 30 miles)
  • After paying the toll ($.70), stay left and take 495 NORTH towards Marlboro.
  • Take Exit 23B (RTE 9 West)
  • Take FLANDERS ROAD-COMPUTER DRIVE exit. (approx. ¼ mile)
  • Turn left at lights.
  • Follow to next set of lights.
  • Turn left onto Research Drive
  • Take second right into National Grid, then another right to visitor parking.

From the West:
  • Take MASS PIKE EAST to Interstate 495 North to exit 23B OR take Interstate 290 East to Route 495 South to Exit 23B.
  • This will put you on Route 9 West.
  • Stay in right-hand lane.
  • Take first exit (Research Drive/Computer Drive).
  • At top of ramp, take left onto Computer Drive.
  • Travel approximately 200 yards then bear left crossing over Route 9.
  • Take next left onto Research Drive.
  • National Grid is located at the second driveway on right.
  • Visitor parking is located around the flagpole.

From the West on Route 9 (Worcester Area):
  • Take Research Drive Exit, bear left to traffic light.
  • Take left onto Research Drive
  • National Grid is located at the second driveway on right.
  • Visitor parking is located around the flagpole.
