One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA

From the North
Route 93 South to Central Artery.
Take Exit 25 at Haymarket Sq.
Bear right at the bottom of ramp on to New Chardon Street.
Haymarket MBTA Station will be on the left.
Keeping to the left, go through the set of lights.
Take a left into the parking garage (Safe Harbor Garage 50 New Sudbury Street)
On foot, exit garage by turning left on to New Chardon Street.
Cross over Cambridge Street (building on your left is the Saltonstall Building–currently under construction).
Walk up the hill on Bowdoin Street. You will see the back of the State House in front of you. You will see a fork in the road with three flag poles. The McCormack Building is on the left.

From the South
Route 93 North to Central Artery.
Take Chinatown/Kneeland Street exit 21.
At bottom of ramp, take a left turn onto Kneeland Street.
Proceed on Kneeland Street, which becomes Stuart Street; go through several sets of lights (four). When you come to Charles Street south, you must take a right turn. Next intersection is at Boylston Street; continue straight on Charles Street. The Boston Common Underground Garage is entered from the right lane of Charles Street. From the Boston Common walk toward the State House. Walk past the State House to Bowdoin St (your first left at the convenience store). Walk one block and you will see the McCormack Building on your right.

From the West
Take the Mass. Pike East, once in Boston, keep right inside the tunnel and take exit 22, the Copley Square/Prudential Center exit.
Inside the tunnel keep to the right and follow sign for Copley Square. When you come out of the tunnel, the exit merges onto Stuart Street. Continue straight on Stuart Street through four sets of lights, keep left.
At the fifth set of lights you must take a left turn onto Charles Street south. Go up Charles Street and keep right to enter Boston Common Underground Garage. Follow directions on foot as above for South of Boston.

By Public Transportation (MBTA)

Red Line
(from Alewife, Ashmont or Braintree Stations)

1. Take train to Park Street Station. At Park Street Station, take a left onto Tremont Street. Take first left onto Park Street. Walk up Park Street toward the State House. Take a right onto Beacon Street and then take first left onto Bowdoin Street. Take first right for One Ashburton Place.

2. Take train to Downtown Crossing Station. Walk up Winter Street (away from Filenes and Macy’s) and bear right onto Tremont Street. Take first left onto Park Street. Walk up Park Street toward the State House. Take a right onto Beacon Street and then take first left onto Bowdoin Street. Take first right for One Ashburton Place.

Orange Line
(from Oak Grove or Forest Hills Stations)

1. Take train to Downtown Crossing. Walk up Winter Street (away from Filenes and Macy’s) and turn right onto Tremont Street. Take first left onto Park Street. Walk up Park Street toward the State House. Take a right onto Beacon Street and then take first left onto Bowdoin Street. Take first right for One Ashburton Place.

2. Take Train to Haymarket Station. Cross New Congress Street. Walk up New Sudbury Street to Cambridge Street. Cross Cambridge Street. Take Somerset Street (continuation of New Sudbury Street) to One Ashburton Place (first street on your right).

Blue Line
(from Wonderland or Airport Stations)

1. Take train to Government Center Station. At Government Center Station, take a right onto Cambridge Street. Take first left onto Somerset Street and bear right onto Ashburton Place to the John W. McCormack State Office Building (which is One Ashburton Place).

Green Line
(from the Riverside, Cleveland Circle, Boston College and Arborway Lines)

Take train to Park Street or Haymarket Stations.

1. At Park Street Station, take a left onto Tremont Street. Take first left onto Park Street. Walk up Park Street toward the State House. Take a right onto Beacon Street and then take first left onto Bowdoin Street. Take first right for One Ashburton Place.

2. At Haymarket Station, cross New Congress Street. Walk up New Sudbury Street to Cambridge Street. Cross Cambridge Street. Take Somerset Street (continuation of New Sudbury Street) to One Ashburton Place (first street on your right).

Commuter Rail
Take train to either South Station or North Station.

1. From South Station, take the Red Line to Downtown Crossing. Walk up Winter Street (away from Filenes and Macy’s) and turn right on Tremont Street. Take first left onto Park Street.
