The success of AIM’s legislative and regulatory work depends upon participation by members.  There is no more effective and persuasive advocacy to a senator or representative than a call or note from a constituent.

AIM members are a key component of advocacy on specific issues, and also support the association's efforts to create a vibrant economic climate where employers can thrive and create jobs.  The AIM Voice system, Legislative Bulletins, and weekly Action Updates regularly ask members to exercise their constitutional right to petition government for change or to stop bad public policy.

AIM urges members to build an on-going personal relationship with their elected officials to make employers’ voices heard from multiple directions through the AIM Sentry program.
