Lean Manufacturing Implementation Support

Lean Manufacturing is a business philosophy that focuses on improving productivity by maximizing value-added activities and minimizing waste.  Lean addresses the synergy between employees, processes, and physical layout that leads the way to productivity improvements.  Your company will benefit from an immediate return on investment from the training and implementation of the Lean approach.  Lean manufacturing principles influence organizations to be more productive, more efficient and quality focused, better trained and better able to face the competitive challenges of the future.

AIM, along with our partner, The Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP), has developed an approach to train, implement and sustain your company’s Lean initiative.  Our approach includes essential Supervisory and Management training modules along with Lean’s technical concepts which will support your organization’s transition to a Lean Culture.

In order to assist companies to sustain the Lean initiative, AIM has developed the Plant Manager Roundtables where individuals involved in various stages of Lean manufacturing can come together to discuss the issues and concepts associated with the Lean approach.

Top-level managers, whose support and buy-in is critical, operations managers, first-line supervisors, lead people, engineers and support function managers should take the opportunity to learn more about how AIM can assist your company’s Lean initiative.  To learn more, please contact Bill Baldino at either 800.470.6277 x392 or 617.899.4951.
