Hotline Services

AIM provides a telephone Hotline for members to call to obtain Human Resources expertise for day-to-day human resource, legal, and compliance questions.  Every month, AIM receives more than 1,000 calls from members who call our seasoned HR professionals with questions like:

• “How do the Massachusetts Maternity Law and the Family & Medical Leave Act work together?”
• “Do we need to pay an employee who is summoned to jury duty?”
• “What statements are required by law to be on an employment application?

Call us to guide you through the maze of HR compliance issues regarding benefits, compensation, employment, employee relations, workers compensation, overtime, hiring, firing, unemployment compensation, FMLA, ADA, and other HR issues.

The Hotline is designed for members to have direct, toll-free access to qualified staff who can provide information on human resources issues, employment law and related matters.  Further, this service, free of charge, is intended to provide counseling and guidance in the handling of employee relations.  Anyone who is employed as management at an AIM member company may use the Hotline.
