Outplacement Services

Outplacement is a valuable bridge that helps people navigate the uncharted territory between unemployment and a new position or career.

A.I.M provides group or individual outplacement solutions for all levels of employees.

Individual Outplacement

Individual outplacement programs are designed for an individual's needs while protecting the interests of the organization.  Assistance is available for developing resumes, preparing for interviews and networking meetings.

Group Outplacement

Workshops, led by an AIM counselor, can be conducted onsite or at a remote location.  Participants prepare for their job search by:

• evaluating their strengths and skills
• identifying sources of personal fulfillment
• exploring career options

AIM counselors will help individuals weave these outcomes into a job search strategy with defined goals.
