Workplace Incident Investigations

Sooner or later, every employer will face the need to investigate one or more of its employees.  A prompt and lawful investigation is an important tool in discovering problems and bringing them to resolution. 

AIM’s neutral, third-party investigator can help you decide whether to investigate or not.  Once the decision to investigate is made, we can conduct interviews, gather evidence, write an investigation report and provide guidance to management in making disciplinary decisions.
