Benefits Survey

The AIM Benefits Survey is a comprehensive, bi-annual survey that includes information from hundreds of Massachusetts employers. The survey covers a range of employee benefits including Health, Disability, Life, AD+D and Workers Compensation Insurance, Retirement Plans, Holiday and Leave Plans, Paid Time Off, Education Reimbursement and other plans. We also identify and survey our member companies on emerging benefit trends.

The survey will be conducted between October 1 and November 16, 2011 and results will be published in early 2012.

Massachusetts employers with 20 or more full-time employees are eligible to participate. Click here to register to participate .

AIM members who participate in the survey receive a complimentary downloadable copy of the results. Participants who are not yet AIM members will receive a 50% discount off the purchase price as a result of participation.
