AIM's Annual Wage Survey

The 2011 General Wage and Executive Compensation Reports include data from 212 Massachusetts employers and will be available in May 2011!

AIM's annual Wage Survey is one of the largest and longest running surveys in Massachusetts. Our survey includes wage information from hundreds of Massachusetts' employers and covers 35 Executive, 140 Exempt, 81 Non-exempt and 57 hourly positions. See a List of Survey Job Titles broken out by Executive, Exempt, Non-exempt and hourly positions.

Compensation rates are broken out and presented for the following regions - Boston, Central, North, South and West. Composite statewide data is also presented.

Because we recognize the needs of our member companies to access accurate, current and comprehensive compensation information, our survey includes a Compensation Pay Practice section where we gather and present competitive market information on topics such as pay frequency, pay increases schedules, compensation philosophy, performance appraisal formats, employee turnover, recruitment strategies, annual compensation priorities, bonus programs, sales compensation, shift differentials, overtime pay and call pay.

AIM members who participated in the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the results.  Participants who are not yet AIM members will receive a 50% discount off the purchase price as a result of participation.

To purchase the published 2011 survey reports, non-participating AIM member companies and non member companies can order online.
