AIM is committed to the development and delivery of core human resource and business management services that strengthen the competitiveness of Massachusetts employers.  Our programs and services are available on three tiers:

Information

AIM offers our members up-to-date information through the HR and Management Hotline, wage and benefit surveys, compliance Reference Guides, and professional networking opportunities.

Training

Offered at locations around the state, AIM’s interactive programs cover topics in the areas of human resource management; employment law compliance; management and supervisory development; customer service; safety, health & OSHA; and Lean Manufacturing.  AIM programs can be customized and presented at your company site to meet your specific training goals, schedule, and budget.  We can also develop training modules “from scratch” to your specifications.

AIM also offers Webinars on vital workplace issues.
