Cancellation Policy

All registration fees for seminars, events, roundtables, and executive forums are nonrefundable unless notice of cancellation is received at least three business days prior to event date. Cancellations can be made by calling Employer's Resource Group at 617.262.1180 or by e-mailing Online Orders.

Registrants who fail to give proper notification of their cancellation will be liable for the entire fee. Programs can be attended on a future scheduled date at no additional charge.

Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.
