administration needs to know the numbers, qualifying events, and notices
associated with COBRA, HIPAA and Mass Continuation Laws; what they mean,
who or what they apply to, and which ones apply to their business.
This program is designed to provide practical information, advice and
tools to assist these individuals as they deal with the realities of
administering to the numbers.
