An
effective compensation program that supports the overall philosophy of
your organization should be internally equitable, externally
competitive, and personally motivating to your
employees.

will provide a basic understanding of how to design a compensation
program that is fair and competitive, while supporting your
organization’s compensation strategy. We will cover
the entire spectrum of compensation planning, applicable laws, job
analysis and pricing, compensation structure development, and
performance appraisal integration.
