21st Century Labor Relations
Organized Labor is Back. Are You Ready?
|
Union organizing accelerated during 2006 as a new generation of labor
groups such as Change to Win spent more than $750 million to sign
up members. At the same time, AIM is fighting bills in the
Massachusetts Legislature and the U.S. Congress that raise the
possibility of a union representing your work force before you know it's
happening!
Good management is the best antidote to labor unions.
Join us as AIM brings its unique blend of management experience
and political insight to help your company understand the new face of
organized labor and address the issues that might prompt your workers to
join a union.

People who vote for a union are typically
voting against their immediate supervisors and managers.
