Human Resources for Non-HR Managers
Overview
You’re
the controller, the office manager, the plant manager, or the executive
assistant to the president for a small company. Are you also
the Human Resources Department? If so, then this program will help
you gain general knowledge of human resources policies, laws and
practices. It will also help you to identify situations which may
put your company at risk and provide you with a working knowledge of the
basics of human resources management – knowledge that can be
applied to almost every aspect of your position.
