Overview of AIM's Human Resources Training
AIM is unsurpassed in its ability to provide high
quality, relevant training on virtually every aspect of human resource
(HR) management. Programs are current and comprehensive, covering all
functional areas of HR as well as a wide variety of employment law
compliance issues. But we go well beyond the ABCs, delving into the
strategic role of HR and the influence and impact the function can and
should have on the bottom line success of the business.
Participants typically gain an enlightened view of themselves and their
potential as functional and organizational contributors.
Developed by the broadly experienced staff of AIM’s Employer’s Resource Group,
our highly interactive sessions are designed to be practical - never
academic - and to provide information and tools that can be applied
immediately in the workplace.
Whether you are a new to the field of HR, a specialist
who wants to become more of a generalist, or a generalist seeking
in-depth
knowledge in a specialty area, you will benefit from AIM’s
offerings:
HR Certificate Series
Two logically ordered series of ten (10)
half-day sessions each. Completely flexible – take one session,
several, or all ten (10).
Completion of at least eight (8) modules in a Series earns a certificate
of achievement. HR Series Level 1 provides a broad
functional overview while Level 2 provides more in-depth sessions on
narrower topics.
