Management and Supervisory Skills Development Certificate Series

AIM’s "Certificate Series" programs provide trainees with an extensive overview of Supervisory and Management topics.

Supervisory Skills Development.  This series is designed for individuals who are new supervisors or managers, or experienced managers  seeking to broaden their knowledge base.

Management Skills Development. This program is designed for individuals who have experience as a supervisor or manager, or who have completed our Level 1 program,  or for those individuals who want a more in-depth knowledge in specific topic areas.

Offered in a logical sequence, these seminars, developed by AIM’s highly qualified and experienced staff, build upon the previous week’s content to insure that a participant has the groundwork needed to understand subsequent topics. These programs take out the guess-work for employers who are committed to employee development, but are unsure where to begin or what content should be learned.

The programs contain examples and case studies that are real world; solutions discussed practical, not theoretical. In this format, participants can be confident that they will walk away with information applicable to every day issues.

Each certificate series consists of half- or full-day seminars that are typically conducted one day per week for three to five weeks, depending on the topic. While the modules within a series are related and build upon each other, they are also very effective as stand-alone programs. To find out how you can bring a certificate series or individual sessions to your organization, go to Training at your Company Site for more information.
