La prevenciôn del acoso sexual y la discriminaciôn
(webinar)
(Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention)
Educating employees about harassment and discrimination is a very
sound investment. The time and resources required to fully respond
to a single MCAD charge can be overwhelming. The Massachusetts
Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) is very clear in stating that
an employer has two primary defenses against most discrimination and/or
harassment charges:
1. Well-written and
well-communicated policies and procedures; and
2. Evidence of effective training
This program defines the issues associated with Sexual
