Training Tax Credit

 

Provide a 50 percent tax credit for eligible expenses for employees that receive training achieve successful certification through the Massachusetts Manufacturing Advancement Center Workforce Innovation Collaborative’ s (MACWIC) Applied Manufacturing Technology Pathway Certification Program.

 

Public Schools

 

AIM generally addresses K-12 school reform issues in partnership with the Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education. For more than two decades, MBAE has been the voice of business on education policy and the lead advocate for our state’s ongoing standards-based reform program. 

 

 

AIM assists Massachusetts employers of all sizes access grants from the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program. Enacted in 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers, the Workforce Training Fund provides resources to businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.
 
When using AIM’s partnership with Commonwealth Corporation you will be provided with valuable information and assistance in preparing your Workforce Training application.
 
In addition, AIM has been approved to be a Training Provider for recipients of Workforce Training Grants.  We offer a wide variety of training programs, many of which can be conducted at your company.
 
For companies with under 100 employees, the Express Grant program is a natural choice.
