AIM Issues Team
The Employer Issues team at Associated Industries of Massachusetts brings decades of combined experience to work on behalf of employers.
John manages all government affairs functions for the organization, overseeing AIM’s activities in four principal areas: administrative and legislative advocacy, regulatory issues, litigation, and ballot initiatives. Before joining AIM, John served as Executive Vice President for Operations at MassDevelopment, the state’s economic development agency, where he interacted with many AIM members on specific projects.
Bob represents the interests of employers on environmental, energy, chemical and product legislation, as well as regulation and ballot questions. He has appeared on behalf of AIM in front of the Department of Public Utilities, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Public Safety. Bob holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University, a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University and a law degree from Suffolk University.
Kristen is responsible for AIM’s health care agenda and advocates for policies to lower the cost of providing health care in Massachusetts. As a former gubernatorial aide and White House appointee, she brings extensive public policy experience on both the state and federal level to her position.
Brad leads AIM’s taxation and employment law public policy practice. A former Congressional aide, he advises senior executives on a variety of legislative and regulatory issues such as intellectual property and trade secrets, regulatory reform, the state budget and economic development.
