Bob is responsible for growing the membership of AIM and ensuring that members receive measurable value from their investment. A graduate of Northeastern University, Bob brings extensive experience in sales, account management and customer service.
Christopher P. Geehern has spent almost two decades keeping Massachusetts employers informed about issues, developments and management practices that affect their business. Chris brings a background in daily journalism to the job of providing useful intelligence to AIM members through the AIM Business Insider blog, the Business Weekly and HR Edge e-newsletters, and social media.
Brian coordinates media relations, and serves as a public spokesperson for AIM while developing institutional relations and building grassroots support for the association’s public policy agenda. He brings a wealth of experience to AIM, including service as Director of Legislative Affairs for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and Director of Human Resource Development and Community Leadership for the Greater Harford Chamber of Commerce.
Debbie has a passion for helping Massachusetts employers. As regional director for the Southeast and Central regions, she uses more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience to ensure that AIM members realize the full value of their make full use of their association benefits. Debbie has been with AIM since 2006.
Dawn Creighton brings a recognizable energy and excitement to her work helping member employers in Western Massachusetts. Dawn operates with a listen-first approach that allows her to provide answers, resources or referrals that best serve the member’s needs. Dawn draws from her background in Account Management and Sales to help each business get the most out of their AIM membership.
Celia joined AIM in 2007. With 17 plus years of multi-industry project management, marketing and graphic design experience. She creates and implements traditional and e-marketing strategies for organization-wide initiatives, special events, advocacy-focused communications, and business development.
John uses his 25 years of information technology experience to keepAIM's IT infrastructure up to date and to help member companies interact with the association's electronic assets. John is the go-to person for members with questions and support issue relating to AIM public facing IT services.
Michele Slafkosky has spent more than 20 years in business development, account management, and operations with independent and national companies. As Regional Membership Director with AIM since 2008, she acts as a liaison and resource for members in Northeastern and Central Massachusetts to ensure they receive the maximum investment in their membership. She not only supports employers in Massachusetts, but also the communities in which she has lived by being a volunteer and coach.
