Robert Paine Executive Vice President, Membership, Sales & Marketing

Bob is responsible for growing the membership of AIM and ensuring that members receive measurable value from their investment. A graduate of Northeastern University, Bob brings extensive experience in sales, account management and customer service.

Melissa Cromack Senior Director, Membership Relations

Melissa is responsible for engaging large member employers across the state to make sure their voices are heard in a dynamic business climate. Melissa joined AIM in 2019, bringing with her extensive experience in association membership and government affairs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine and a master’s degree in public policy from Pepperdine University.

Timothy Blaney Territory Manager

Tim is responsible for growing the membership of AIM and ensuring that members receive measurable value from their investment. He has extensive experience within the Staffing, Light Industrial and Manufacturing industries with a focus on sales, account management, customer service and recruiting.

Wendy Bea Dalwin Director of Communities and Events

Wendy oversees the AIM communities and events. She looks for opportunities to build communities, with a focus on Human Resource Roundtables, Sustainable Roundtables, Manufacturing Committee and CEO Roundtables.  Prior to joining AIM, she executed workshop trainings for Mental Health Professionals and worked in the Construction Management industry. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and sits on the alumni board of Boston. Her wide breath of event experience ranges from workshops, fundraisers, customized events, and figure skating competitions.  She is also a former competitive figure skater and played hockey as right wing.

Patrick Serpico Business Development

Patrick is responsible for growing the AIM Membership Community.  As a career salesman, Patrick is frequently reminded of values that attract opportunity: curiosity, humility, and perseverance.  Outside of work, he is involved in a range of different communities throughout Boston and the Great Boston Area – from fitness to personal development and the arts (to name a few).  Patrick is a proud graduate of Boston College at The Woods College of Advancing Studies.

Melissa Wotus Events Coordinator

Melissa over sees the AIM events that include the Regional Celebrations, Executive Forums, Global Trade Awards and the Annual Meeting. She is collaborating to build the AIM Young Professional Network. Melissa previously worked in the nonprofit sector where she executed annual conferences within cities all over the country. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. Melissa enjoys volunteering her time to causes she is most passionate about. She utilizes her volunteer experience to create events that make an impact.
