CEO Connection is an exclusive group of C-level executives meeting monthly to discuss, frame, and solve complex business problems. Members are selected from non-competing companies to ensure that existing business relationships do not interfere with the critical frank, honest exchange. All discussions are kept strictly confidential.

Our program provides a forum for unbiased advice on business issues from fellow C-level execs not influenced by your internal relationships and other distractions within your company. The informal setting helps generate stimulating questions and collective thinking to help members achieve better business results.

  • 12-14 executives in each group are vetted to ensure commonality of interests, diversity and group cohesiveness
     
  • Practical approach to building an alliance of trusted advisors.
     
  • Member-driven process with a professional facilitator who has run a company, is able to provide individual counseling, helps to ensure that group members stay focused and committed to achieving their individual goals

The CEO Connection groups meet monthly.
 
Typical half-day meeting agenda:
  • Lunch and networking
  • Guest speaker in an area of interest
  • Host company tour and presentation for input/discussion
  • Round-robin company issues/updates/information exchange
Guest speakers and topics are selected by CEOs. Sample topics include change management, health insurance, workers' compensation, labor costs, supply chain management and environmental regulations.

  Veda Ferlazzo Clark | MA NORTH

Veda combines 25 years of executive operational leadership in technology manufacturing companies with extensive management consulting experience.
 
As CEO of Litecontrol, a lighting manufacturer of fluorescent and LED products for commercial buildings, Veda led the company to 50 percent growth, completed the purchase of the company from the owner, and defined a strategic plan focused on sustainability. Veda also served as interim CEO for a tool manufacturer with the charter of returning them to profitability. Over a five-month period, she reduced lead time, established a transparent production schedule, and increased workforce engagement and accountability.
 
As principal of Zedare Consulting, Veda works with CEOs and their senior team on strategic, operational, and sustainability planning to grow their companies.
 
 
Charlie Miller | MA SOUTH
Charlie is a leadership builder, CEO Coach and mentor. With more than 35 years strategic visioning, planning and implementation experience, he provides our CEO group with advice, support and hands-on assistance focused on their challenges and opportunities, both strategic and tactical.
 
His expertise includes a broad background in process industries producing high value-add materials, leading businesses in many structures from leveraged management buyout, to private family ownership and including large public companies.
 
Beth Yohai | MA CENTRAL 
Beth is an accomplished business executive with experience spanning industries, company size and growth stage. Beth has a proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels to build high performing, revenue generating organizations by aligning human capital strategies, system and practices with business objectives. 
 
Prior to joining AIM, Beth co-founded and was the COO of K&B Sportswear, Inc. where she led the organization to 30% year over year growth and national recognition, prior to selling the business in 2013. 
 
Before launching K&B Sportswear, Inc., Beth held various Finance, HR and Operations roles, in the US and The Netherlands, at companies including GTE, Child World, 660 Corporation, BAP, EnergyUSA and Cablevision. 
 
Beth serves as the Vice Chair of the Worcester Regional SCORE Chapter and is also a certified SCORE Mentor.
 
Beth is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and also received graduate credit for course work completed in Business and Economics from Harvard University.
