The AIM, HR Roundtable program is designed to allow HR professionals to meet and openly discuss all human resource related matters arising within their business in order to benefit from the insights, opinions and experiences of one another. 
 
Many conversations that take place in this critical forum involve roundtable participants sharing confidential or sensitive business information in order to gain insight from others in the group.  As result, it's essential to the operation and value of the roundtables for all attendees to understand and respect the ground rules of participation, namely; 
 
  • To maintain strict confidentiality. Every HR roundtable participant adheres to the rule that "what is said in the room about a particular company or individual stays in the room".
  • Direct solicitation of any roundtable member for any commercial purpose is prohibited.
  • No information learned or received at a roundtable may be used by another attendee in any legal proceeding.
We appreciate your understanding of the importance in addressing this confidentiality issue, in order to ensure an open environment to improve HR skills and practices through the sharing of information.
